Mission Statement

WTBN Operations/S-3 acts as the focal point for training aboard the Stone Bay area.  This responsibility includes the following:

1.  To maintain positive control of Range Operations for the Stone Bay Training Area.

2.  The schedule use of training areas aboard Stone Bay.

3.  To act as the centralized control point for annual re-qualification coordination between II MEF units and WTBN Range personnel.

WTBN Operations/S-3 requires reporting aboard correspondence that will facilitate the use of range facilities, to include subsistence for Marines during the conduct of training.  In order to prepare your unit to conduct training here at Stone Bay, please review the links provided as to what correspondence is required, and what information needs to be provided.
