Vehicle Registration
The Vehicle Registration Office is located in Building 60 on Molly Pitcher Rd. They are open Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm and closed during Federal holidays and/or as otherwise directed. Personnel on base may access Base Order 5560.2M for more detailed information.

Below, you will find information regarding obtaining various base passes.
Fingerprint services are offered Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. only. You must provide your own fingerprint cards.
MCB MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
(ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED)
| DoD Decals | • Active Duty/Retired Military or Civilian DoD ID card • Full Drivers License • Original Vehicle Registration • Proof of insurance (must meet NC minimum of 30/60/25) • Driver's Improvement Course card (all Military under 26 years of age) Reservists must present a command authorized letter. Refer to Base Order 5560.2M for more detailed information. |
| Motorcycle Decals | In addition to the above: • M/C endorsement on Drivers License • Base approved safety course • Motorcycles must be physically present at Bldg. 60 |
| Temporary Passes | • Active Duty/Retired Military or Civilian DoD ID Card • Drivers License • Vehicle Registration • Proof of Insurance (must meet NC minimum of 30/60/25) |
| Rental Car Passes | • ID card and Drivers License • Rental Agreement |
| Contractor Passes | • Drivers License • Vehicle Registration • Proof of Insurance (must meet NC minimum) • Completed MCB FORM 5512/43 • Letter of Employment from Company • Letter of Contract with Navy for any Base work • Vehicles must be physically present at Bldg. 60 for decal. |
