NEW HOURS- 7:30am - 5:00pm
The vehicle registration office is located in Building 60 on Molly Pitcher
Rd. They are open Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm and closed
during Federal holidays and/or as otherwise directed. Personnel on base
may access Base

Below, you will find information regarding obtaining various base passes.

- Military or civilian DoD ID card
- Driver's license
- Vehicle Registration
- Proof of insurance (NC minimum)
- State safety inspection sticker on windshield
- Driver's Improvement Course card (all Military under 26 years old)

Motorcycle Decals

In addition to the above:
- M/C endorsement on driver's license
- Base approved safety course

Temporary Passes

- ID Card and/or driver's license
- vehicle registration
- proof of insurance (must meet NC minimum)
- Military sponsor (present depending on current threat condition)

Rental car passes

- ID card and/or driver's license
- rental agreement

- proof of insurance (must meet NC minimum)
- completed MCB FORM 5512/43
- letter of employment from company
- letter of contract with Navy for any base work
