The Civilian Human Resources Office-East, EEO Branch provides services for MCB Camp Lejeune, NC (doc); MCAS New River (doc); Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, NC (doc); 2d Bn Naval Dental Center (doc), Camp Lejeune, NC workforces concerning all EEO matters. Services include EEO counseling and attempts at resolving employee and applicant allegations of discrimination at the lowest level possible; the option of Alternative Dispute Resolution as a means of settling conflicts/disputes; processing formal complaints of discrimination; providing EEO and Prevention of Sexual Harassment training; and preparing annual MD-715 Model EEO Program action plans and reports as required.
