Coffman volunteered for Community / Military events chairperson.
A motion was past and seconded, HM1 Coffman was elected as
Community / Military events chairperson. |
| HM1 Herron volunteered for Public
Affairs Officer chairperson. A motion > was past and seconded, HM1
Herron was elected as PAO chairperson. |
| HM1 Herron proposed entering Mud,
Sweat & Gears competition - will address at next meeting for
members who are interested. |
| HM1 Coffman is compiling
information on some events FCPOA for March and information on
materials and procedures for our highway cleanup, tentative date for
highway cleanup will be a day in April 2001- Time and Date TBA in
future meeting . |
| DT1 Morris proposed doing car
washes in spring and summer months for the Navy ball fund raising. It
will be look at a future meeting. Decision on getting the word out
about our events and for membership, PAO will place a notice in the
GLOBE for next meeting, and Flyers for next meeting for those First
Class Petty Officers who don't have email or not able to get the word. |
